Refundly Pay provides professional refund claim processing services for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, and overbookings
• Subscription service refunds
• Product purchase returns and refunds
• Bank fee recoveries

3. Service Fees

Refundly Pay operates on a "No Win, No Fee" basis:

• We only charge a fee if your claim is successful
• Our success fee is clearly communicated before claim submission
• No upfront costs or hidden charges

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of United Kingdom. Refundly Pay and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
